I’ve been through burnout and it isn’t fun. When your body eventually hits its limit and can no longer go on, you have to make drastic changes to your life. I was completely bed-bound for several months, and complete recovery took me over two years.

While burnout is drastic, I’ve learned that burnout prevention is actually very simple. It only takes minor tweaks to your day-to-day bring a chaotic, out of control life into a calmer, chill one. Yes, even if you have a high-stress job, or have kids, or both.

  4. Relationship Audit: how to juggle your energy levels and other people’s needs
  5. Prevent Burnout at Work Part 1 (identify draining tasks, get efficient)
  6. Prevent Burnout at Work Part 2 (set up for success)

When are the live calls?

Live calls take place on Fridays at 7am or 12pm AEDT (Melbourne/Sydney time). More time slots may become available as needed to help with group size.

Do I have to attend live? What if I miss a call?

Calls are recorded if you can’t make them all live, however for this intake I do require that you attend at least 3 out of the 6 live calls. This is because your feedback is going to be key in helping develop this content. You’re going to get a personalised experience where your specific challenges are going to be addressed as part of the core curriculum. If you can’t attend at least 3 of the 6 live calls, please hold off on purchasing for now, I’ll be releasing a more accessible version of this course later in the year.

I’m really busy at the moment, how long can I put off burnout prevention work?

I understand what it’s like to be busy, and I’m not here to force anyone to do anything they don’t have time to do. However, a word of caution: the #1 mistake burnout sufferers make is not getting help soon enough. It’s easy to keep putting yourself off, but speaking from personal experience, at some point your body will force you to stop – and the road to recovery is rough.

My advice? Start with small things as soon as possible – tiny adjustments are sometimes all it takes to make a huge difference.

I’m already burned out, can this help me recover?

Absolutely. All the advice in this course designed to prevent burnout will apply to you as well if you have already hit burnout – you just have reduced capacity which means you’ll need to take it slower and be even gentler with yourself. Learning to prioritise yourself after years of sacrifice is a challenging thing, so having a guide on your journey will help.

I don't think this can work for me because...

Our situations are all unique: work, family, life commitments are structured in different ways, and I understand if you’re doubting this program can work for your specific scenario.
